District 66B contains northern portions of Saint Paul, from the western edge of the city east beyond Como Park, along with the entire City of Falcon Heights. Below is a rough map showing the district borders.

The district is the western half of state Senate District (SD) 66. More information can be found at the SD 66 Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party site.
